	Vanessa Bostwick is a former corporate recruiter and online recruiting blogger.  She received her English Writing degree from Loyola University in 2003 and currently resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
	Eric Shannon launched the first job board for bilinguals who speak English/Spanish or English/Portuguese in 1997 and still serves as CEO of LatPro Inc. More recently, LatPro launched DiversityJobs.com and JustJobs.com. Eric has blogged about the job board industry since 2006 and was recently quoted in the Wall Street Journal.
