What do you wish your Applicant Tracking Software would do, that it doesn’t do now?
Is it cumbersome? Not as intuitive? Are you not able to access the program unless you're sitting at your desk at the office?
Sometimes, the best way to find a solution - is to isolate the problems. If you're in the employment / HR industry, please use this forum to let us know what you wish your current applicant tracking software could do for you - that it's NOT doing now.
Maybe we can make some progressive changes in the industry!
