Job search engine Indeed.com made two notable announcements today.
The Mountain View, CA-based company said on its blog that two new languages are now offered: Bahasa Indonesia for job seekers in Indonesia, and Arabic for the six Indeed sites serving the Persian Gulf – United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
This year Indeed has been very busy, investing heavily in improving its search quality and expanding aggressively overseas, including breaking ground on a new London office.
Indeed can now be found in 50 countries and 26 languages.
“Job seekers made Indeed the number one job site worldwide and we look forward to continually improving our products to provide them with the best job search experience possible, wherever they may be,” Indeed wrote on its blog.
Along with the language expansion, Indeed is also hiring for sales representatives.
The job site is planning a recruiting happy hour event at the Tied House Cafe and Brewery in Mountain View.
Job seekers can plan on attending one of two sessions on July 6th from 12:00 – 2:00p.m. (or) 7:00 – 9:00p.m.
