Kenexa, a global provider of business solutions for human resources, announced today it has launched ZOOMRecruit, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) option for companies that need to hire people quickly.
Kenexa says the recent upswing in hiring that has employers scrambling to plug new vacancies was the impetus behind the product, which sources candidates at a much more rapid pace.
The solution provides two levels of RPO support – project-based RPO and sourcing. The project-based RPO solution is the life cycle of Kenexa’s RPO solution, including sourcing and recruiting, employment branding and employee assessments, for a limited period.
With the sourcing only solution, Kenexa sources and recruits candidates and then submits them to the client.
Powered by Kenexa’s 2X BrassRing, ZOOMRecruit also can be integrated with a company’s applicant tracking system.
