Kronos Inc., a provider of global workforce management solutions, today announced their partnership with eQuest, an international job distributor for Fortune 500 companies, applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and ERPs. Kronos will integrate its hiring solution with eQuest’s job posting distributor, enabling companies to push out jobs to multiple career boards.
With the eQuest platform, recruiters will be able to manage manage all aspects of the job posting process from within the Kronos dashboard. They can post, edit, delete, and track jobs without having to leave the Kronos interface.
Recruiters and managers will also be able to quickly push out jobs to multiple sites such as Monster and Careerbuilder, in addition to social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Automatic notifications will alert recruiters when job inventories are low.
eQuest reps noted that with the new uniform posting process, the Kronos eQuest solution will help employers minimize compliance risk, enabling organizations to meet mandated federal, state, and local hiring regulations and create a record of how, when, and where jobs were posted.
Kronos’ global customers will be empowered with sourcing tools to tap candidates from various regions.
